In Strater Edition of XE2(and XE), 'Symbol Insight'(of course, including shortcut keys, Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down) is not supproted.
Please also take a look at feature matrix.

This is not a click. It's a keyboard shortcuts. This was not noted in documentation. The documentation do not contains any relations between Symbol Insight and shortcuts. And other shourtcuts line ctrl+alt+up/down works fine. I cannot checked this before payment since you dont provide a trial versin of hte starter edition and dotn descrbe limitations in public pdf. So this feature have to be enabled.

> This is not a click. It's a keyboard shortcuts
As I mentioned, Symbol Insight itself(via both mouse and keyboard) is dropped in Starter Edition.

I dont think it dropped since ctrl+alt+up/down works fine in starter. Since the feature was not desribed in any help or documentation this commands have to be present in starter edition.

Indeed, feature matrix/online help do(can) not describe all of features(huge/countless number of features) of the product.
So, if you have a question about specific feature, I advise you to contact technical support or Sales rep of Embarcadero first.
