Manual upgrading is actually possible:
1: Download and install latest Subversion Command Line Client from http://www.open.collab.net/downloads/subversion/
2: Run regedit.exe and add a new string variable under HKCU\Software\Em
barcadero\BDS\9.0\Subversion. Name: SvnDllDir. Value: c:\Program Files (x86)\Col
labNet (or whereever the Subversion client was installed)
