I can't change Repository folder

Description
After I change Repository folder, I can't use new repository and add to it. I use Japanese Professional Edition.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Tool->Option from IDE Menu
2.Set shared repository folder
3.Add a form to your new repository
4.an error occurs.
Workarounds
Copy manually BorlandStudioRepository.xml from BDS\3.0\Objrepos.
