Description
TText3D fails to render multi-byte character(e.g., Japanese Kanji).
This issue occurs on both MacOS X and iOS
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create FireMonkey 3D app for MacOS X or iOS
2. put TText3D component on the form
3. set Text property of the TText3D to something, for example Japanese Kanji characters in Object Inspector.
4. build / run the app on MacOS X or iOS
5. TText3D does not render the string
