Description
The time in DateTimePicker does not change time if it is filled.

This issue occurs at runtime.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. drop a DateTimePicker into a form.
2. execute.
3. choose a date
4. wait one minute
5. choose another date.

note that time will not be changed.

Is your issue about Designe time?
Does your issue occur at Runtime?

it occur at runtime. At design time, i simple drop datetimepicker into form.

One correction:

1. drop a datetimepicker into a form.
1.1 execute.
2. choose a date
3. wait one minute
4. choose another date.

note that time will not be changed.
