Description

Changing a form's Icon updates only its taskbar button, the Icon in the caption doesn't update unless you use RecreateWnd. (when using VCL styles)

Steps to Reproduce:

ImageList3.GetIcon(0,Form1.Icon);

Workarounds

RecreateWnd
