Description
Add a LoopCount property which when the animations Loop property is true, determines the number of times the animation will loop.

Once the animation has looped this number of times, the animation stops.

A default value of 0 means that the animation continues to loop without stopping (just like how it works currently).

A value of 3 means the animation loops 3 times and then stops.
