Description
If you add notifyBar to form with PageControl then pageControl no longer renders.

It does work with QPageControl.
Steps to Reproduce:
New Project
Drop PageControl
Set 3 tabs named ONE TWO THREE
Run Project. You will see PageControl with the 3 tabs
Drop NotifyBar on form
Run Project. You will NOT see PageControl.
remove NotifyBar
Run Project. You will see PageControl with the 3 tabs

Use QPageControl

NotifyBar is based on jQuery library.
PageControl is baed on quite legacy(old) qooxdoo library.
QPageControl is baed on recent qooxdoo library.

So, it seems that some conflict(e.g., JavaScript error etc...) may occur with a conbination of components.

and, please use QPageControl instead of quite legacy(old) PageControl.
