Description
Install "VC 2012 C#.Net" and uninstall all frameworks, after that I get this error when compile on simple Delphi project  

This is not .Net compiler, this is simple delphi project
All project appear this message, and project are not .net
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Delphi XE2
2. Install VS 2011 C#.Net
3. Install Microsoft SQL Server 2012
4. Restart
5. Uninstall all Frameworks from Add/remove programs
Workarounds
Reinstall Delphi ;)

When start Delphi must check compiler default value and to provaide information that default compiler is change.

Like old Delphi 7 ;)
