Description
Icon for flood fill is not displayed.  Impossible to use this feature.

Added by Yorai Aminov:
The problem is the cursor, not an icon. For the "Flood fill" tool in Image Editor installed in D2005, an empty cursor is displayed (or rather, isn't displayed). It is therefore impossible to tell where the cursor is located.
Steps to Reproduce:
Added by Yorai Aminov:

1. Open Image Editor.
2. Create a new bitmap.
3. Select the flood fill tool.

Result: the mouse cursor is no longer displayed over the image.
