Description
In Tools > Editor Options > Editor > Error options, selecting the "Show tooltip" checkbox causes a tooltip to appear over syntax errors when moused over.  A nice improvement in JB7.

Unfortunately, the positioning of this tooltip is awful, and constantly gets in the way of viewing/fixing the syntax error.  Much better would be to make the "Show tooltip" option a sub-option of "Show in gutter", so that the error tooltip appears at the gutter icon.
