Description
The "Close the current view" button closes the selected page immediately on mouse down, instead of on a mouse up event. Somewhat counter-intuitive with regards to the rest of the IDE.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create any test project.
Open any unit or the Welcome page.
Click on X button to close the unit/form/Welcome page.
Page closes immediately on mouse down, not on mouse-up.

I`m confirm this.
Problem also exists with any opened file, not necessarily Welcome Page
