Description
When you're looking at one of your own reports, the rating bar and the x-button next to it are disabled as you would expect, but

- the - Button (Remove from unrated list) is still enabled
- the items in the Report-Rate submenu stay enabled too
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one of your own reports in JED, QC


Exp:
  rating bar, delete rating button, remove from unrated button and menu items under Repport-Rate should be disabled

Act:
  remove from unrated button and menu items under Repport-Rate stay enabled
