When editing a file, if the current line extends beyond the right edge of the window, the window does not scroll completely to the right and the cursor disappears.  It looks like the window scrolling code does not account for the width of the gutter that displays line numbers and icons.

This has been observed in 'Classic Undocked' mode.

I don't know what the conditions are that cause this, but it does not always happen.  It frequently does, though, and it is very annoying.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open a file in the editor.  Create a long line of text that extends beyond the right border of the edit window.  Position the cursor on the first character of the line and press the End key.  The window will not scroll completely to the right and the caret will disappear.
manually scroll the window to thr right to the end of the line.
