Description
I just tried posting a comment on a blog using the IDEs welcome page and noticed that - in a memo - I can't press ENTER to start a new line. See steps.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start IDE
2. In the welcome page, open the following webpage: http://blogs.codegear.com/MichaelDevery/archive/2007/03/22/33430.aspx
3. Focus the memo for posting a comment at the bottom
4. Press ENTER

exp: new line should be started
act: ENTER key is ignored

Tried again on my dev machine and on a Win2K3 server VM with only Delphi 2007 installed (and no 3rd party tools or software).

Same effect on both: in the mentioned blog (happens on other places as well), when I type ENTER on the comments field it does not accept it. That happens on both the VM (using IE 6.0.3790.1830) and my machine (using IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_qfe.061219-0311)

If I simply copy/paste the url onto either browser it works properly.

No other browser installed on either machine and even restored the security settings to DEFAULT on all zones and same thing happens.

Also cleared cache, history and cookies, restarted Delphi and same thing happens.
