Description
Problem with Delphi 2007 WelcomePage.

In the German Version (may be also in other) is the Welcome Page not correct.

The Menu with "Getting Started", "Project", "News" etc is missing.

I use Win XP pro with SP2 (German Version)

Just start Delphi
