Description
The "Platforms" ComboBox should list "Windows Vista" when creating a reports for Delphi 2007 for Win32.
Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Launch Quality central Windows Client.
(2) Create a report for Delphi 2007 for WiN32.
(3) Notice that the "Platforms" ComboBox doesn't list Windows Vista as a platform.
Workarounds
Select "All" as platform value.

We are able to select Vista as Platforms in the ComboBox, now.
