Description
I was using the "Format All" feature (in JBEE8) and for some reason it indents lines that shouldn't be indented, so I have to go through the code and fix them myself.  The "Format Selection" doesn't have this problem.  It seemed to happen after my ternary operator reliably.  Maybe the developers forgot to have it recognize the ternary operator as a whole statement?
