Description
If you try to import this component, it wll result in an Error loading type library/DLL

This also happens under Delphi 7.
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Windows Vista

1. Select Component/Import Component

2. Select Import ActiveX Control as the component type

3. Select Microsoft Script Control 1.0

4. Click Next

This will result in Error loading type library/DLL.
Workarounds
In the "Import Component" dialog click the "Add" button and browse to and add C:\WINDOWS\System32\msscript.ocx and use this one to import, not the pre-existing one. The pre-exsiting ocx name in the list has double-quotes wrapped around the ocx FileName which seems to prevent loading.
