My attempt to upload a Zip file with a 31-character name failed with an exception dialog box with the caption "Quality Central" and the message "arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation".  However, with a 19-character name, the upload works.

Rob Schieck (TeamB) adds this comment to my post in b.p.QualityCentral:

"While the table that holds the file name is 75 characters in length,
the table that holds all the audit data (keeps track of who changed
what when)  is only 25.... so, the max length of a file name is limited
to 25 characters ... until I fix it."

and requests that I "QC it" -- thus this report.  --JohnH

Steps to Reproduce:

Attempt to upload any zip file with a name longer than 25 characters to a test QC report.
Assign shorter names to Zip files to be uploaded.
