Description
When either "Vista 32-bit" or "Vista 64-bit" is selected for the platform, an error message displays saying something to the effect of "Platform is a required field, it must be specified and valid for the selected Project". (I have tried it with the "C++ Builder" and "Test" projects.)

Similarily, an existing report's platform can not be edited to 32 or 64-bit Vista; it results in the same error message and the edit fails.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) New report.
2) Project: C++ Builder, Platform: Vista 32-Bit, Version: whatever is in the box. Fill in the other report parameters as well.
3) Submit report. Error will display.
