Description
Annoyng dialog that appears when web.xml file is readonly

QC Entry 6701

I also have customer reporting same problem - linked with VSS making these files read-only.
Steps to Reproduce:

When 'Build/Synchronize module directory with archive content' option is enabled in web application module and web.xml file is readonly and when make or build is invoked the annoying dialog appers saying:
'Could not save node "XXX". Error: Unable to set contents of buffer for URL: (file:///xxxxxxx/web.xml)'

This makes keeping web.xml in source control system somewhat annoying.

More appropriate would be red or blue warning in the status bar or in the message pane.
