Could you please try to change DPI setting, using [Desktop][Properties][Settings][Advanced][General][Display][DPI setting]?

How can You advise anybody to change the DPI settings when You dont want to fix the very serious scaling problems You have in the IDE ?
You should realy try Your advise Your self before You give it to users.
Try and set the DPI to 144 and then see how everything in the IDE screw up.
Regards
Asger

Thank you for the Reply,
BUT, I do not whish to Adjust the DPI setting as this breaks many other programs,
Buttons are sometimes off the Forms and ICONS become distorted.
IS there no Other Way to do this ?

Its not distorted. Just set icons size at 32x32. I have 144 dpi (150%) and 1650x1050 - and it's look cool and nice. But I have 22'.
Really its stupid to set 1650x 1050 on 15' :)

This issue remains in Delphi 2010. While it is possible to make the font readable in the code editor, it is impossible to make the object inspector readable, on many screens, for many people who have less than 20/20 vision. I would strongly encourage Embarcadero to revisit this issue.
