Description
Importing an existing Rails application did not work when I specified a 'Project Name' that was different than what was in the 'Application Directory'
Steps to Reproduce:
File|Import|Rails|Import Existing Rails Application, Next.  Browse to location of project (Project Name is given by default).  Change the 'Project Name' and click Finish.  Nothing happens and project is not imported.
Workarounds
Leave Project name was is specified by default.
