Description
If a link (Windows ShortCut Icon) to another directory appears in the TOpenPictureDialog window, an EInvalidGraphic exception ocurrs if the user tries to follow the link. Message "Unknown Picture File Extension (.lnk)

This only happens in the IDE

Is your issue same as QC#69533 ?
If yes, please take a look at the comments of the report.

Which product are you using, 2007 or 2009?
