Description
In the Germany version of Delphi 2009 Enterprise the menu item Datei->Neu->Weitere->Webservices is not available after creating a new project.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create new Project
-  Want use wsdl importer
- Delphi Projects-webservices not avaialable

Check if the package "CodeGear SOAP-Komponenten" (...\bin\dclsoap120.bpl) is enabled in "Komponente" | "Packages installieren...".
If not then enable it and see if this does help.
