Submenus are not draw on the left of the parent submenu when bidimode=bdRightToLeft
The MainMenu component do
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Wordpad.dpr
Set Bidimode=bdRightToLeft
Run application
Click on customize button
Select the first MenuItem (it has submenu)
The submenu is draw on the Right, it must bu on the Left
