Description

The minimum application with two buttons produces a highly visible bug: both buttons get a focus dotted rectangle in the IDE.

It seems that CLX is not used at all by Delphi programmers...

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create new CLX application with a blank form.
2. Place two Button components on the form.
3. Save the project.
4. Close the project and reopen it.
5. You will see that both buttons got the focus rectangle.

How is this a show stopper (Severity 1) bug? The focus rectangle at design time is a cosmetic problem only.
