Description
I have the ide to show the compiler progress alway's.
However sometimes the compiler progress does not show up after pressing ctrl-f9 leaving you in doubt if the project has been compiled at all (and most of the times it turns out it didn't do anything). This often happend when i swich between projects in a large projectgroup.

It looks this happends the first time you press ctrl-f9 after switching project in a projectgroup. Since i switch a lot it happends frequently.
I have background compilation activated. The project does get compiled, but if the compiler progress does not appear i have to check the messages to look for error which is akward.

I have the same issue here. It's definitely related to background compilation. It doesn't happen with it deactivated.
This is really annoying.
Note that I don't have to switch projects in the project group to reproduce this. I am however also always working with a project group when this happens. Maybe that's a clue?
I think I could actually do without the actual compiler progress dialog. The bigger annoyance for me is that the compiler output (i.e. View|Messages) does not show up automatically either whenever I compile.
