Description
After using Delphi 2010, and invoking the help system, the program dexplore.exe remains active in the Windows Task Manager running process list, and the Windows system cannot be shut down until that process is manually stopped via Task manager.

Is your issue same as QC#83656, QC#79175, QC#66663 etc...?
