Description
The style of the File | Export to image... dialog doesn't match the IDE
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run metrics for a project
2. Select an item and view the Kiviat Chart for it
3. Select the File | Export to image... menu item

exp: Dialog displayed actually matches the look and feel of the IDE
act: The dialog doesn't support themes and looks strange

Pay particular attention to:
- Buttons
- Checkbox
- Zoom labels don't match up to the edits (vertically)
- The drop down button looks strange
- Dialog should have the close button on the title bar visible
