Description

var template in Code Template does not work. In all places where this template (var) is used not work, ex. "for" template.
The xml config file "inlinevar.xml", normally in "C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\8.0\ObjRepos\en\Code_Templates\Delphi" is identical to the 2010 release. In all places where define "DeclareVariable" does not work too.

Steps to Reproduce:

01. Create a new Delphi VCL Forms Application;
02. Drop a TButton component on the Form;
03. Give a double click in TButton's OnClick event;
04. In any place of code between "begin" and "end" type "var" and press "tab key";
05. The Sync Edit Mode is turn on;
06. Type a name to new variable;
07. Press "tab key" again;
08. Type the data type of new variable;
09. Press "tab key" again and template does not work.

Other code templates are not working also. I have problems with region and comment templates in implementation section (when used outside methods), and sometimes they don't work in interface section also. Code templates that have auto invoke seem to work more often that the ones that have manual invoke.
