Description
The Delphi XE Starter Edition does not include the pascal wrappers System.pas, Windows.pas, Graphics.pas, MMSystem.pas, VFW.pas and so on.  These were included in earlier versions of Delphi, and are very useful to casual programmers that make up the Starter Edition market.
Steps to Reproduce:
None
Workarounds
We can use our old versions of files like Windows.pas -- but would feel more secure with a version contemporary with Delphi XE since there have probably been changes since D3.

Delphi XE Starter Edition does not contain source files.
