I tried to reinstall Delphi 2009 but it didnt' help. I also tried to reregister the delphi help in the Delphi 2009 help directory with: "h2reg.exe -u" and  then "h2reg.exe -r", but that didn't help either. I just guess the help explorer installation is corrupt. What can I do?

What error do you get? Could you please attach screenshot to confirm your issue?
and, have you installed any software or changed configuration of your PC before you get the error?

You can find the screenshot here:

I didn't change the software on the computer, the help page has never worked on the pc!
I used the old delphi 2005 help from my notebook but now I need some more help for delphi 2009.
Thanks for your help!

What .NET Framework(s) and its service pack(s) have you already intalled?

Niels Maschmeyer at 6/17/2011 7:13:14 PM -
Yes it does look like the same issue but with Delphi 2009!
I am having the .NET Framework v4.0.30319
I am running Windows Vista Home Basic with Service Pack 2.

How should we install the stuff to reproduce your issue?
For example,
1. setup Vista SP1
2. install .NET Framework 4
3. install Vista SP2
4. install Delphi 2009
