Description

Using Architect Trial
if you check/uncheck the tools/options/delphi options/Embedded designer checkbox you get aq message that is basically odd :-) even for a non native speaker.
see the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:

BTW i can't seem to be able to select the dialogs in the area. QA client insists on putting on IDE\Background compile.
I can't select it with mouse - neither can i scroll down with arrow key.

More precisely, the Embedded designer checkbox is under Tools | Options | Delphi options | VCL designer. The text of the message is "Changing this option will only take effect the next time the IDE started" - presumably an 'is' should be added.
