Docking the "Report List" window

Description
I would really like to be able to dock the "Report List" window at the top of the main client window, just below the toolbar.
Steps to Reproduce:
None
Workarounds
I agree that docking would be preferable, but if you don't full screen the Client you can size both the main window and the report window to be visible.  And, your changes will be remembered between uses

I also would like to be able to dock them
- without it, I'm often fiddling around with the window sizes and positions or trying to get one or other on top

You should probably change the "area" to ...\Report List

  But, I would rather dock to the bottom, just above the status bar.  Possibly, include radio buttons for these options, somewhere in the preferences dialog?

  And, as far as the "workaround", you still use up one extra Titlebar-height of unnecessary screen space.
