Description
The search with STRG + SHIFT + F
cant find german umlaute like ?·??? when the file is not opened in the IDE.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create simple unit with a comment containing some german umlaute.
Try to search for: '·

unit test;

interface

// search for me: ·

This unit cant be found, if the unit isn't opened in the IDE.

Try to search for: 'search for'.
The unit is found, but the geman umlaute is displayed as ?

Is your issue same as QC#98538, QC#88114, QC#89667 etc...?
