Description
The web service proxy imported by VS.Net has a "URL Behaviour" property that you can set to "Dynamic".
If you set it to dynamic, VS.Net adds an entry to the web.config file with the URL, so that you can change it for deployment.
The proxy contains code to read this URL from the web.config file.
Neither D8 or D2005 support this behaviour.
Steps to Reproduce:
See description.
Workarounds
Write the necessary code yourself each time you instantiate a webservice proxy.
