Description

i have seen this problem on windows XP/32 and 7/64 with this version of delphi. have seen this with all 3 separate installations (got a new computer).

this is another instance of http://qc.embarcadero.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=89089

i decided to submit my own report because it may be unique in that i can say it's been several installations in XP/32 and 7/64.

it *never* works.

i haven't upgraded to XE2 since there's nothing i need there.

Steps to Reproduce:

classic kyd layout

shift ^A

after several seconds, i *will* get:

System.IO.FileLoadException: The given assembly name or codebase was invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131047)

i suspect this may not be reported much because maybe a lot of people don't know about this feature.
