Description
OK, Cancel, Help buttons are partially obscured by panel in dialog.  See attached.  Observed on Win7 x64 with 1920x1080 display.
Steps to Reproduce:
open any project and go to Project/Options or Run/Parameters and note the buttons are covered.

This issue can not be reproduced with 16.0.4358.45540 (Update 3).
If possible, please retest your issue with it.
