Description

Projects creating using Project Templates are not automatically opened after they are created, rather an error message is presented instead.

Steps to Reproduce:

As documented in the [New to RAD Studio XE2: Project "Template Libraries"] blog post by Pawel Glowacki:
http://blogs.embarcadero.com/pawelglowacki/2011/11/28/39454

Every time a new project is created by utilizing Template Library, you are presented with the error stating that the project file was not found.

This line
<Projectfile>ScalableHDApp\ScalableFormApp.dproj</Projectfile>
should be
<ProjectFile>ScalableHDApp\ScalableFormApp.dproj</ProjectFile>
xml parser is case sensitive
