Description
There are a number of memory leaks when dragging and dropping items within a list box.

I've attached a sample project and video evidence.
Steps to Reproduce:
Test 1:
Run application
Close Application

exp: shutdown without error

Test 2:
Run the attached application.
Drag and drop one item in the list.
Close the application

exp: shutdown without error
act: memory leak dialog is displayed
