Description

When editing an HTML page, the editor will add 3 lines after a <script> tag AND 3 lines before the </script> tag everytime you switch from code pane to design pane and back.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create a new project.
2.  Add a new HTML page to it.
3.  add a <script></script> block in either head or body block.
4. add a comment in side the block.
5.  switch to Design view and then right back to code view.  There is now 3 blank lines between the <script> tag and the comment, and 3 lines betweeent the comment and the closing tag.

Workarounds

keep deleting the extra lines added to each tag everytime you switch back and forth between design view and code view.
