Description
The supplied additional DUnit helpfile located under \source\dunit\doc is still in the .hlp format, which causes Windows Vista and WIn 7 users to need to download a extra component from Microsoft as they no longer want to support this format.
Could it get migrated to e.g. HTMLHelp? Or maybe even included into the main help?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open WIndows Explorer
2. Navigate to ($BDS)\source\dunit\doc directory
3. see a .hlp file and open it.
Exp.: in XP it opens, in Vista or Windows 7 you might get a failure message if you didn't install some hlp viewer from MS
