Steps to Reproduce:
Intermittently the IDE presents an Error dialog (Yes, No, Cancel, Help) Stating "The $formname$eventname method referenced by $formname,On$eventname does not exist. Remove the reference?

These dialogs are spurious since the event handler exists and should not be deleted. Answering cancel allows the form to save correctly. The dialog is presented for each method.

Cause?. The IDE appears to have loaded two instances of the form file into memory (and represented in multiple tabs) and confuses itself. It is not clear what triggers the second load of a file. It does not seem to occur from the project manager or the fileopen command.
