Description
XE2 Update4, the file 'IndyPeerImpl.obj' is missing for release version.

'IndyPeerImpl.obj' is in ...\RAD Studio\9.0\lib\win32\debug,
But, there is no 'IndyPeerImpl.obj' in  ...\RAD Studio\9.0\lib\win32\release.
Steps to Reproduce:
Search file like "IndyPeerImpl.obj" on directory bds lib directory,but no file in \win32\release
