Description

When using the IDE on the second screen and quitting, reopening IDE gives a wrong size window.
Also, with the IDE opened in design mode on the second screen, starting a debug session moves the IDE to the first screen.
Saving both design and debug desktops, and assigning the default debug desktop is not helping.

Environment:
Win7, 64 bits
Delphi XE2 also installed
dual screen configured as a single extended desktop
first screen 1280x1024
second screen 1920x1200

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open IDE first time and move it to second screen (not maximized)
2. close and reopen:
IDE appears at the right location near top left corner of second screen, but window width is wrong (only a short section is displayed)

3. resize IDE window as desired, to almost fill the screen view
4. start debug session: IDE moves to primary screen
5. move IDE to second screen, save desktop as "CUSTOM DEBUG" and also select it the default debug desktop
6. close and restart the IDE, same issues, nothing has changed
