Description

IDE will not compile project with imported ActiveX controls or compile ActiveX projects.
In both instances, the IDE reports this error:
The imported project file could not be loaded. '', hexadecimal value 0x01, is an invalid character. Line 55, position 54. C:\Users\v276072\AppData\Roaming\Embarcadero\foo\9.0\environment.proj

and

[Fatal Error] The imported project file could not be loaded. '', hexadecimal value 0x01, is an invalid character. Line 55, position 54. C:\Users\v276072\AppData\Roaming\Embarcadero\foo\9.0\environment.proj

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open DelphiXE2
2. Create and Save a New VCL project
3. Compile.
NB. I am running DephiXE2 on Windows 7 64bit PC

Simple: 1. Open DelphiXE2; 2. Create and Save a New VCL project 3. Compile.NB. I am running DephiXE2 on Windows 7 64bit PC
