Description
It seems that a hot effect for edits for example is not supported by VCL Styles.
I've tried the provided steps with all delivered styles and it fails for all styles. Modifying a style by enabling "FocusEffect [x]" for Edit doesn't change anything.
Note this is affects a lot of controls.
See steps.
Steps to Reproduce:
- make sure Windows theming is enabled
- create a new VCL app
- place three edits on the mainform
- F9
- toggle with TAB between the edits and see the focused edit has a different border
- move the mouse cursor over any of the not focused edits and see the border does change when the mouse cursor is over the edit
- close program
- apply any VCL style
- F9
- toggle with TAB between the edits
Expected: the focused edit has a different border
Actual: no difference regarding the border between a focused edit and edits that are not focused
- move the mouse cursor over any of the not focused edits
Expected: the border does change when the mouse cursor is over the edit
Actual: no difference between mouse cursor over the edit and mouse cursor not over the edit

With default Window style, do the effects work on Win2K, XP and 2003?
