TActionMainMenuBar draws wrongly when BIDI is set to RightToLeft.

Steps to Reproduce:
1-Set the Form BIDI to RightToLeft
2-Add a TActionManager
3-Add some standard actions
4-Add a TActionMainMenuBar
5-Drop the Actions on the ActionMainMenuBar
